Indian ayurveda professor Dr. Subhash Ranade was the guest of our Foundation between the 17th-19th of October 2005. Prof. Ranade is a well-known, internationally reputed personality of the ayurvedic community, guest-lecturer of Ayurveda Faculties all over the world, founder and chairman of the International Academy of Ayurveda (http://www.ayurveda-int.com/), head of the Ayurveda Department of Pune University, Director of Pune Ashtang Ayurveda College, member of the editorial board of the Light on Ayurveda Journal (LOAJ) (http://www.loaj.com/). Thanks to the inspiration of the lecture of Prof. Ranade Ms. Virág Hódi has written the first pharmaceutist diploma work in the field of Ayurveda in 2007.

During his visiting Professor Ranade gave a lecture for pharmaceutist student of SOTE University (Budapest) on the possibility of the application of Ayurveda in the modern era, visited the Ayurveda Library of the Foundation and granted some of his volumes for its collection, and gave interviews to Bioinfo and Ideál Magazines, and to Harmonet web portal.
